Member Dashboard Questions

How do I change my email address?
Your username and email must be changed by us in the backend. Complete the Change My Email Address form located on your Dashboard menu. We will send you an email when the change is complete.

How do I print my membership card?
Click on the Membership Card link on the Dashboard menu. Then use the print function in your browser. 

How do I join the Individual Member Coalition?
Click on the Join the Individual Member Coalition link in the Dashboard menu. You will receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to join the IMC Social Circle.
* The IMC is exclusively for Individual Members if you are a member through a local guild you will not have this option.


 

My Profile Questions

How do I change my password?
Go to My Profile (link in your Dashboard menu) and click the teal Change Password link. If you do not receive a password reset email within 5 minutes, send us an email to [email protected] so that we can manually reset it for you.

How do I change my profile picture?
Go to My Profile (link in your Dashboard menu) and click the white pencil in the blue circle icon to upload a new profile picture. 

How do I change my name or mailing address?
Go to My Profile, scroll down and select the purple Edit Profile button, make your changes, and click Save Profile.
* If changing your name make sure to change both your Full Name and Contact Name.

How do I change MQG email preferences and directory settings?
Go to My Profile, scroll down and select the teal Edit Profile button, make your changes, and click Save Profile.
* By default your directory setting is OFF

My expiration date is wrong, and/or my membership is current why does it say "Graced"?
Are you a member of a local guild? If yes, the answer to both of the above questions is that because your membership is through your local guild, your expiration date and membership status will always be the guild's expiration date and status with the MQG. All guild memberships expire on 12/31, however, guilds have a 3-month grace period to renew and pay their dues. During this grace period, there is no interruption to any of your membership benefits and as soon as the guild renews, its expiration date and the expiration date of all its members will update to 12/31 of the next year.  If you are concerned as to whether your membership with your guild is current, please contact your local guild.


 

Membership Renewal Questions

How do I view my invoices?
Go to My Profile (link in your Dashboard menu) and click on Invoices in the blue menu bar. To view individual invoices click on the number for the invoice you would like to view or pay.

How do I pay my dues?
Your membership will go into renewal 2 weeks before your expiration date. It cannot be renewed earlier. Once in renewal, you can pay your dues directly from the emailed invoice, or you can go to My Profile - Invoices and select the "open" invoice to pay it.

How do I change my payment method?
When your membership is in renewal go to your open invoice and select the Pay Invoice button. This will open the payment portal where you can change your payment method.

How do I turn auto-renew On or Off?
To turn it on — This can only be changed when your membership is in renewal (the 2 weeks before your expiration date). Follow the link and instructions in your renewal email. 

To have auto-renew turned off — send us an email at [email protected] and we will turn it off for you.

How do I change from a local guild membership to an Individual Membership?
Send an email to [email protected]. Let us know if you would like to purchase a one or two-year individual membership. We will convert your membership and send you an invoice. As soon as the invoice is paid your new Individual Membership will be active.

How do I change my membership term length?
This can only be changed when your membership is in renewal (the 2 weeks before your expiration date). Follow the link and instructions in your renewal email.
